How much does it cost?

This program is included with your Vitable membership. Labs and appointments with Vitable providers are included at no cost. Your only out-of-pocket expense is the medication itself.
 
Wegovy (NovoCare)
Injectable
  • 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg: $199/month for the first 2 months, then $349/month. Offer available until June 30th.
  • 1 mg, 1.7 mg, and 2.4 mg: $349/month
  • 7.2 mg: $399/month

Tablet

  • 1.5 mg and 4 mg: $149/month
    • The 4 mg $149 offer is available until August 31, 2026. After that date, the price will be $199/month.
  • 9 mg and 25 mg: $299/month
 
Zepbound (Lilly)
  • 2.5 mg: $299/month
  • 5 mg: $399/month
  • 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, and 15 mg: $449/month
  • Lilly offers an option to add injection supplies (needles, syringes, and alcohol swabs) at checkout for $5 per refill.
 
Note: For the 7.5 mg–15 mg doses, refills must be requested within 45 days of the prior delivery to maintain the $449/month rate. If a refill is submitted after that window, standard pricing for a one-month supply applies: 7.5 mg: $599, 10 mg: $699, 12.5 mg: $849, 15 mg: $1,049.

 

How does Vitable Health's GLP-1 Program work?

Vitable’s GLP-1 program provides a safer, primary care-led approach compared to quick-prescription platforms. It includes:

  • Clinical evaluation and eligibility screening
  • Medication prescribing (if appropriate)
  • Regular monitoring to track progress and safety
  • Support with side effects and sustainable lifestyle changes
  • Planning for safe discontinuation when appropriate

 

How is Vitable’s program different?

Vitable prioritizes safety, clinical quality, and long-term health outcomes. You’ll work closely with the same provider throughout the program. Our goal is not just weight loss, but your overall health and well-being.

 

Is the program available in all states?

The program is not available in Alabama and Mississippi.

 

Can I use insurance?

No. This is a self-pay program. Vitable does not support prior authorizations or appeals.
