Accu-Chek offers coupons for free glucose meters to qualifying patients. To be eligible, a patient must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a resident of the United States.
- Must not currently be an Accu-Chek user
- Must not be insured by a government program like Medicaid or Medicare.
If you are eligible, follow these steps to register for your free Accu-Chek meter:
- Visit the Accu-Chek Free Meter Voucher page by clicking here.
- Fill in the required information, including your name, email address, current meter (if any), and primary diabetes treatment. (Note: for the question about insurance coverage, if Vitable is your only healthcare plan, you may answer "No insurance, I self pay" using the drop down, as your benefit does not cover these supplies.)
- Click the attestation box to agree to the terms after reading through them.
- Click Submit.
Accu-Chek will process your request and email you a coupon for a free meter that you can present at the pharmacy when you pick up your order. You must have a prescription for an Accu-Chek meter in order to take advantage of this program. If you do not currently have a prescription for an Accu-Check meter, schedule a visit with a Vitable Health provider to request one.
