If your employer is offering a MEC, MEC Plus, MVP, Dental, or Vision plan, enrolling is quick and easy through the Vitable Health website. To get started with your company-sponsored plan, simply follow the steps below:
- Click this link to get started: https://app.vitablehealth.com/enroll
- Search for your account using your last name and date of birth, or select “Use phone number to log in.”
- Note: If using your phone number, you’ll receive a text with a login code. If you don’t receive the code, please contact our enrollment support line at (484) 469-9177.
- Click “Review Plan Options” to enter the enrollment portal.
- If your company is offering MVP, you will likely have the option to select from multiple plan options, including Vitable Primary Care, MEC, MEC Plus, and MVP. You can learn more about the different plan options in the following article: Overview of Plans Offered at Vitable Health
- Let us know if you currently have other coverage. This won’t affect your eligibility—it just helps us better support you.
- Confirm your personal information. Please make sure your name, date of birth, email, and phone number are accurate to complete your enrollment.
- Review and sign the Consent Form to activate your Vitable Primary Care membership.
- That’s it! You’re now enrolled in the Vitable Primary Care - Enhanced plan.
- Schedule a call with your care team to get started.
- Don’t forget to download the Vitable Health app to manage your membership.
