Vitable Primary Care (Included in All Plans)
- Unlimited virtual visits, mental health coaching, and urgent care
- 1,000+ free generic prescriptions
- Annual wellness visits and lab work
- Chronic condition management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
- Same- or next-day appointments
- Free for dependents under age 25
Additional Plan Options
In addition to Vitable Primary Care, members may also have access to coverage for medical care outside of Vitable’s through the MEC, MEC Plus, or MVP Advantage plans. Each option provides different levels of coverage—from basic preventive care to full major medical insurance. The specific plan available to you will depend on the benefit your employer has selected.
- MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) - 100% coverage for ACA preventive services, no deductible, access to a provider network, Vitable Primary Care included.
- MEC Plus - Includes everything in MEC, plus coverage for urgent care, primary care visits, specialist visits, and X-Rays.
- MVP Advantage - Full major medical coverage: hospital, ER, specialist visits, surgeries, imaging, maternity. Deductible: $1,500 individual / $3,000 family
Dental & Vision Options
Vitable also offers optional dental and vision coverage to support your everyday care needs beyond primary care.
- Dental coverage includes preventive care like cleanings and exams, as well as basic and major services such as fillings, crowns, and dentures.
- Vision coverage includes annual eye exams, prescription lenses, and an allowance for frames or contact lenses.
Both benefits are typically offered as add-ons and may vary based on your employer’s selected plan. Your access to dental and vision coverage will depend on what your employer has chosen to provide.
Dental Benefits (via Dentemax Network)
- 100% coverage for preventive services
- 80% coverage for basic services; 50% for major procedures
- $1,000 annual maximum benefit per member
Vision Benefits (Open Network)
- Annual eye exam and prescription lenses (after $15 copay)
- Up to $800 for frames or contacts every two years
- Lens enhancements like anti-reflective and scratch-resistant coatings are included
