TrueClaim is the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) that helps Vitable Health manage your MEC, MEC Plus, MVP, Dental, or Vision Plan. Through the TrueClaim portal, mobile app, or email, you can easily submit, track, and manage reimbursement claims.
Below is a step-by-step guide to help you submit a claim quickly and smoothly.
Ways to Submit a Claim
You can submit claims to TrueClaim in three ways:
- Online via the TrueClaim portal
- Through the TrueClaim mobile app
- By email
Option 1: Submit a Claim Through the Portal or App

Access TrueClaim
- Visit: https://app.trytrueclaim.com/
- Or download the TrueClaim app from:
- The App Store (iOS)
- Google Play Store (Android)

Sign In
- Log in using the same email address associated with your Vitable Health account.
- Verify your identity using the one-time passcode sent to your email.

Submit Your Claim
- Navigate to Benefits > Submit a Claim
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your submission.
Option 2: Submit a Claim via Email
You may also submit your claim by email if you prefer not to use the portal or app.
- Email your itemized bill and proof of payment to:
solutions@trytrueclaim.com - Be sure to include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Vitable Health account
- A brief description of the service
Submitting complete information will help TrueClaim process your claim more efficiently.
What You’ll Need
To help ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible, please have the following ready:
- An itemized bill
- Proof of payment
Claim Processing Timeline
Once your claim is submitted:
- Claims are reviewed within 5–7 business days
- You’ll receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) by mail outlining the results of the review
- If approved, reimbursement will be processed according to your plan benefits
You can track your claim’s status anytime under Benefits in the TrueClaim portal or app.
Reimbursement Options
TrueClaim supports reimbursements via:
- ACH (direct deposit)
- Check
You can select or update your payment method each time you submit a claim.

⚠️ Important:
- Vitable Primary Care (VPC) members cannot submit claims. All covered services, including primary care appointments, labs, and prescriptions, are coordinated directly through your Vitable membership.
- ICHRA members should not use TrueClaim to submit health insurance claims. For questions about medical claims, benefits, or reimbursement, please contact your insurance carrier's member support team using the phone number on the back of your insurance card.
